PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED CREDIT PACKAGES OR MEMBERSHIP PERIODS.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE CREATED AS RECURRING PURCHASES, AND NOT SCHEDULED TO CEASE UNTIL AND UNLESS EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT IS PROVIDED BY CLIENT TO THE STUDIO. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DELIVERED VIA EMAIL TO EAGLE@HUSTLE-FITNESS.COM AT LEAST 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) PRIOR TO THE NEXT OCCURRING MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT. FAILURE TO DELIVER WRITTEN REQUEST WITHOUT SUFFICIENT NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE REQUEST BEING FULFILLED ON THE SUBSEQUENT BILLING PERIOD.
